Performances, Caroling, Conferences, Fun!!
This class develops confidence and increases the student's skills with fun and music. The basic skills learned in this class are breathing techniques, pitch matching, harmony, rhythm, note reading, and sight-singing along with vocal health and anatomy. The child's vocal chords are very fragile at these young ages and The Academy is committed to overseeing the best vocal experience for this age group to ensure that the student will have good vocal habits formed early and aid in the development of the voice throughout their lifetime. Incorrectly singing loud and belting is NOT HEALTHY for the young singer and could lead to damage in later years.
This class is open to children ages 7 - 14.
